Bench Balance - An acrobat perform handstands on a small bench. He will balance himself along with other acrobats who join in to do different types of balance styles on the small bench.
Flag Jumping - The acrobats jump over a Kenyan flag with different flips in the air.
Hats Juggling - An acrobat takes ordinary African straw hats and juggles them upto six hats in the routine while two other acrobats join in.
Limbo Show - The audience watches as the acrobats go under the flaming rod "Limbo stick" as low as the height of a soda bottle.
Rope Skipping - The acrobats use the traditional rope skipping technique taken to another level of double ropeswhich incorporate flips in the air while still jumping the ropes.
